​Tasked with launching OZY’s creative studio, I built a roster of creative strategists, writers, editors, video and podcast producers and illustrators to create compelling, innovative and award-winning content for a range of prestige brands, including: JPMorgan Chase, Ally Financial, GE, Samsung, Volvo, Mercedes, Audi, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Nat Geo, Visa, Discover, and Lufthansa. I oversaw the pre-sale process, working with Integrated Marketing, Sales, Planning and Ad Ops as well as external agencies to respond quickly to RFPs with bold and inventive ideas that won OZY awards and renewals. I also managed execution of content, represented the studio at in-person client meetings, and managed budgets and hires as the studio grew.

​Oversaw editorial for several year-long sponsored campaigns, managed a team of writers and freelancers, and devised social strategy. I also collaborated with CNN’s design, video, dev and social teams to create innovative approaches to storytelling. Used analytics to create content strategy and A/B tested headlines, images and social copy to maximize views. Under my supervision, one of the campaigns I led became the most-viewed branded campaign across CNN.

I also edited Time Out’s most profitable guidebook for two years running -- the 300-page Eating Out guide to Dubai, which encompassed more than 1,000 capsule reviews.
